What are these geographic areas?
All of the Worlds Oceans beyond 200 miles from land. No nation is
to use the Ocean beyond that point for Commercial Fishing, Mineral Gathering, Waste
Dumping or anything else that would harm the Ocean. Shipping is permitted with the
exception of Nuclear Fission Powered vessels.
A nation has non-transferable fishing and other access rights to the Ocean only to it's
200 mile limit. "Whaling" or the catching and or killing of whales or any member
of the cetacean family is strictly forbidden everywhere on earth, whether inside or
outside of the 200 mile limit.
The entire Amazon River Basin. All humans are excluded from
dwelling within this area with-the exception of Aboriginal Peoples living in their
"Traditional Way".
The "Central African Area" south of the Sahara desert to
the southern most point of the Congo River Basin on the west African Coast and extending
from coast to coast west to east. All humans are excluded from dwelling within this area
with the exception of Aboriginal Peoples living in their "Traditional Way".
The Island of Madagascar.
The Island of Borneo.
The Continent of Antarctica.
The Arctic Region.
All humans are excluded from dwelling within these areas
with the exception of Aboriginal Peoples living in their "Traditional Way".
